Sales Director

Senior Living experience preferred!

The Sales Director will be responsible for generating and managing leads to qualify prospects and guide them through the transition of moving into their new home. Your goal is to achieve your budgeted occupancy targets.

$35-$39/hour and a competitive bonus structure!

Responsibilities:

  • Determine ways to increase occupancy and achieve targeted occupancy goals.
  • Build relationships with community organizations.
  • Connect with prospective residents and their families through phone calls and tours of the community.

Qualifications:

  • 1 or more years of sales experience - Senior living experience required!
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
